We are currently building a separate report where looking for a table within the backend database that allows you to find out who calls breached with. This would be really helpful for us as we work in an ITIL based environment if the call breaches with one of our First Line Support engineers before being passed across to Second/Third line support when we pull out stats it looks as though our second/Third line engineers have resolved a breached call. Where as in theory this has breached with another team before being passed for completion, this therefore causes issues with our stats.
Agreed, knowing who owned the call at the various SLM Events would greatly assist reporting.
