Currently, the subject lines of message templates have to be configured in Subject Line Designer, located within Administrator > Message Type and then picking the appropriate type of message (out of a very large list). While not always applicable, this can be a tedious process for certain types of message template where only one subject line will ever be needed (especially the Call quick email templates). The option to set a default within the message template itself would be a great help.
This has now been reviewed by the Product Management Team and will monitor the number of votes this suggestion gets with other customers.
