Ability to be able to configure in admin Message Subjects Read for Updates

The ability to be able to adjust the wording used to process email updates should be added to the system admin and taken off the server file (xml) so that customers can easily configure their email subjects without having to change the xml file.

 

ie, a customer may wish to refer to their IPK management as incident not call but still update the call.
