Stop "auto" Take Action

Even though we have ticked Review Group default and Forward review default we find that sometimes calls/requests and tasks are still taking action automatically.

 

This is sometimes by double clicking on the call or by the MMA e-mails.

 

Please can we be given an option to turn this off? our analysts Hate it and we are finding calls are getting lost.
