Default Call Status for Forwarding, Deferring, and Closing

We would like an option that would allow us to set the default call status for each action in vFire as we need for our business.

FORWARD - We want call status to always default  "Call forwarded to another group / individual"

DEFER - We want to default to "Researching"

CLOSE - We would want it to default to "Resolved"
