Add "Include Suspended calls" to search options

If I'm monitoring our open calls I don't want to see suspended calls.

I would like an option to include / exclude these from search results.

Alemba service desk advised my only option for this is to query the DB....

    As a workaround, If you add the "Suspended" Column in Column Configs you can then filter the Call Search results to show/hide calls that are suspended. In addition an Advanced Search if you look for calls with no Suspended Date:


    Then you can create Saved Searches to also filter on this. Ideally a toggle in the Search Criteria would be easier to control this.
