Set Calls tab as default on Service Window instead of SLM tab
Not everyone uses SLM but everyone that creates/manages calls may find the Calls tab helpful. Even if you made the active tab a configuration that sticks when you close the call details screen that would be helpful.

Calls Tab has been replaced with the Matching Calls (and Matching Knowledge) functionality.
