The call 'history' in SSP is too cluttered - users want to see the latest update to calls but the content of any responses/updates from analysts is mixed up with call forwarding, SLA application etc. There should be differentiation for the user between the way the call has been handled by ASM, and the updates from analysts that are more relevant to them.

Improvements to the way the Call History is displayed is due to be delivered in the next release 10.5 eta Q4 2020.
