Add the ability to define whether a Service Order is raised/shown. This could be done in a couple of ways to assist customers.
The reason for this could be to turn off service order numbers being shown to a customer when logging an incident via the service catalogue as although they have raised it against the SA they may not feel they have 'ordered' something. Having 2 separate numbers adds confusion to the customer when logging which may not be necessary.
I agree with Chris. Being able to turn off service order could be useful and reduce confusion
