Ability to edit Call / Request information without taking action

Hi All,

Currently a vFire Analyst / Officer needs to take action before they can edit the information within a ticket.

Is it possible to add the functionality to edit ticket information (not the notes) without having to take action?

E.g. ability to edit the target date etc.

    There are 2 new IPK Options added in 9.7 for the Nano interface for Take Over on Forward (which means Analyst automatically becomes the Current Analyst) and also to 'Update without Action' which I believe would resolve this, planned for inclusion in vFire Core but as yet not assigned to a release.
