VSM and vFire call History do not show when automated system Emails or Pager messages are sent

VSM and vFire call History do not show when automated system Emails or Pager messages are sent. This is causing additional work when looking through the Activity Log to find the information relating to certain calls. What we are looking for is the history to have timestamps of when automated pages and emails are sent. When we have an issue with paging and the person who is carrying the pager is not responding to the page, we want to be able to show in the history that the page was sent. If VSM isn’t saving the page timestamp in history how do we prove that the system really sent the page? I shouldn’t have to search through other screens of logs to look this up. Requesting an optional checkbox to enable/disable system Email and Pager messages displaying in the Call History. For legal reasons, we need to see when automated system Emails and Pager messages are sent. As they are not listed in the Call History, it causes additional work looking through the Activity log for this information. We need ASAP in a future release.
