Our customers would like to print out their Portal Requests  -- without having to use the Browser File -> Print.  
There is currently no Print icon in the Portal.  Even better is if they could export the list to MSExcel, such that they could use the list as an MSExcel File OR print from MSExcel.  I suggest right-mouse-click on the Requests grid  --  similar to the vFire Search grid allows for right-mouse-click and export to MSExcel.
