Allow request workflow to initiate an integration scan

We need to have a way to allow the workflow to control when a update to data is performed.

This means we can have business process automation that can trigger and consume external sources and ensure that there up-to-date data for approvals in the remained of the workflow.

      This did not make v9.9 and is in the Product Backlog for inclusion in a future release.

      Plan to add a new Integration Task to the Workflow Pallette in order to trigger an Integration Scan. This is planned for v9.9 but the scheduled release of this feature can be subject to change.
