Enhance the IPK Workflow rules by expanding to other areas of vFire.  Such as the Organisaion,  Person, CMDB etc.  Example could be to build a CMDB/Person Workflow rule so that when a person’s record get updated, you can go to their linked CIs and update etc or even do a notification.  Or when an Organisation gets updated have a rule to go and update all linked CMDB tied to that Organisation etc.
