It would be very useful to see a SLA target date/time field in Workload and Call Search screens. This would allow us to sort open calls by breach times, to allow us to prioritises more effectively. Currently you can only see the escalatation level 1-3 date/time fields.
SLA Breach, FCB Breach and Response Breach are now available
The SLA_Breach Date is being added to those views in v9.8/v9.9
