It would be great to have a method similar to the SLA timer functions for a time tracking feature that would replace the need to manually use the time and expenses area for each ticket. This means that the system would be able to keep track of the time spent by officer in a more automated fashion whilst also allowing officers to keep multiple ticket windows open at a time for moving between multiple tickets.
