When using the mail functionality for the escalation levels on OLA and SLA agreements, we would like to indicate to the recipient when the call OLA\SLA will breach. The system has the ability to send Level 1,2,3 Resolve Breach but not when the call actually breaches. We send our emails to a sms system, and this information would be invaluable when it comes to them planning their calls accordingly as many of our vendors rely on emails\sms and integration and simply does not have a view of this date, as they don't access Infra.
