Ability to configure Non Approvers from taking over an approval that has been forwarded to their group. There are lots of groups at AHS and too many to split Approvers to new groups. Member of the group are approvers and some are not. Problem is that non approvers action approvals and they are no longer in the queue for other group members to action them
