Add reminder date for review as well as expire
Currently expiry reminders are available in contracts but you cannot have an expiry date set AND a review date. You may wish to review the contract performance some months before the expiry date.

Would be great to implement both of these suggestions in tandem
The proactive analysis engine should be opened up to all entities to monitor rules on anything and allow date/time comparisons in rules builder.
This way you could automatically trigger any action on any criteria, concerning any entity.
It can also be beneficial to add Reminder functionality to CMDB Items such as Services and CIs so that a Reminder can be sent 3 months before the Warranty End Date on a Server for example. It would also be useful to add this to Services/Service Actions so that Service and Catalog Reviews/Improvement Programs can be triggered.
