Approve and Reject buttons in User Approval emails should automatically Approve or Reject task

Currently using the 'Approve' or 'Reject' button at the bottom of a User Approval email just opens an email draft with the word 'Approved' or 'Rejected' in the subject line, meaning it still needs to be processed by first level support. The 'Open Task' button takes you to the portal where you can actually approve or reject, but it would be helpful to have this direct from the email (at least as an option)

    If you enable an Incoming Mail Server then the Approve/Reject emails will be processed and move the workflows onto the next appropriate task. This is based on the Subject line. Approvals can also be processed through the Self Service Portal and an upcoming release of the Mobile App.
