Feature request is to make the email platform more robust. Perhaps be able to parse information out of the email, using XML or any other machine readable format. We have been getting more requests to be able to "bond" with other systems. For examples, the ability to treat it almost like the API I suppose. If you were to use XML, have xxxx put the value of xxxx into the ref field, customer do a look up on email, description be separate, be able to send in CI maybe. I know for an integration with a 3rd party survey company this is how we send our data, so it might be something to look into.
