At the moment, any email attachments are not automatically attached as objects to requests/calls that are created via the Email Event Connector. The only way to attach the objects is to drag and drop them from the email that is moved to the specified folder after it has been logged. I think adding the ability to include attachments in the connector would be beneficial.
