When a user replies to the "your request is closed" email, vFire automatically adds a note to the request but it does not reopen it or highlight in any way. This means the users things we're ignoring their email.
There are settings in vFire for Calls for "reopen closed calls" which if unticked sends an email back to the user stating “Call No <call number> already closed and has not been updated”.
Can a similar open be added for requests?
