Customer replies will automatically update the call status

It would be useful for customer replies to ASM emails to automatically update the call's status to a pre-determined value. For example, a call with a status of "Awaiting Customer" that has an IPK auto-closure rule set against it, will automatically update to "In Progress" or another call status when the customer replies - thus terminating the auto-closure.
