We have reopen call function active when person emails in to a mailbox with the call ref in the subject. We have been asked if its possible to set a rule on the reopen to limit this to only reopen if the call has been closed for a set number of days, anything older that this set number of days the call remains closed.
e.g if the call is closed for less than 5 days it can be reopened, if it has been closed for longer than 5 days it remains closed
