Filters on all fields made visible on SSP my calls, my approvals etc

Our customer have feedback that it would be useful to them to have a filter option so they could group similar case types together. e.g. as we have single portal but multiple partitions and business support areas (IT, HR, Finance) they find it difficult to tell which call is which and a filter option would assist this.
