Filter Call history

We have a requirement to filter the Call history view in much the same way as we can with the Request history view.

A long call can have many system and attachment entries making it unreadable.

Being able to filter out the superfluous information and just display the key items would make this feature useable.

    Sorry, just seen this update from Haydn.

    We're on 10.6.7 currently and there doesn't appear to have a Conversation View option in the history.

    Try looking at 10.6.x as this has the "Conversation View". This is also something we're about to look at.
