Ability to add custom fields / other standard fields to the matching panel KB search/filters

If you log an IPK type call via Core it only searches in certain pre-defined system fields E.g. Type, Description. You are also limited to those fields to be able to filter your results.


It would be useful to be able to add other standard and custom fields to the KB matching panel search criteria. Also for those fields to be available as a filter.


Use Case: customers have separated their CI field in to 2 for hardware and software. However if your custom field for software is populated it won't show any KB results for that software. Making it very limited and no much use.
