Granular control of Incoming email

As part of our Shift Left strategy, we are looking at potentially removing email as a way to log new calls, pointing everyone to use the self-service portal for trivial things, and telephone or online chat for more urgent items.


Currently, we can turn off email completely for incoming, but we would like to turn it off for NEW calls, but allow users to respond to emails that we have sent to them via ASM, and the response to go into the call
