90812 - Ability to apply message templates into the New > Message function, much like you currently can with Call > Email or Request/Task > Email. This would speed up communications that have not been done on the back of a ticket, such as bulk-sending emails out for perhaps a new project or non-ticket piece of work.
Our main example would be that if a lot of replacement hardware is made available due to being out of warranty, that somebody could just go straight into New > Message, use this template, add a lot of recipients, and then send it. Then, if someone replies to that email, it would presumably log an incident due to not having a recognised ticket in the email subject.
