Permission to turn off/on close FCB using the service panel link

Permission to turn off/on close FCB using the service panel link. Instead the only way to close the FCB SLA would be to add note and tick close FCB.

Analysts in ASM Core can already close the FCB from the Service Window, its a one time action to close the FCB you are not able to restart the FCB Clock. SLM Events can be excluded. Can you detail what/why you would need to restart or turn back on the FCB?
