Allow functionality to email users of child calls from a parent call

Currently we link all incidents to one Problem ticket.

We would then just work from a Problem ticket, however If we were to communicate anything out it appears that this just goes to the one person on the Problem ticket rather than to all users who have raised an incident as well?

We can email the users as stakeholders of the parent call, but they need to be added in manually and it would be nice if the system could do this automatically.
