The ability to exclude sending out user surveys based on Call Priority and linked calls would be useful for users so that they do not receive multiple surveys linked to a parent call. Additionally, it would be helpful if we could exclude sending out user surveys based on Call Priority, such as for Major Incident calls.
This could work in the form of a checkbox on the 'Close call' screen or the option in System admin to globally exclude certain call priorities and child calls, similar to the Advanced Search filter to for e.g. exclude major incident calls from receiving user surveys.
