Is it possible to add a "button" to Calls Outstanding so that one could bulk "Defer" or "Suspend" tickets like they can currently Action, Forward, Close, or Add a note?
We often defer tickets multiple tickets because we get a lot of automated ones that usually are resolved in a couple days but clutters our queue. This feature would enable us to clear those out for a couple days so we can bulk close them when they are complete.
Currently we have to manually action each ticket, and defer, and select a date. This feature would be extremely helpful!
