Auto-CC Analyst
When adding a note or sending an email in the Task, please auto-cc the analyst who added the note or who sent the email so that when the recipient replies back, the analyst will receive that email replies.

Bring back the type ahead feature - this is greatly missed in v10
The inability to type ahead to a section in list significantly increases the time it takes to assign calls, or to do day-to-day administration. Please bring back the type-ahead functionality wherever possible.

Allow BCC emails to not need a To: recipient
We try to send by default a mail to a group only as BBC, but the system is not allowing that. Basically we need to send out an e-mail to multiple users but those users are not allowed to see the bulk mail addresses.

Unable to open multiple tabs for calls outstanding in 10.5
Before we could open multiple calls Oustanding tabs before the upgrade to 10.5 Please advise if it's possible to reimplement this as a feature as we were regularly using multiple tabs in the old system.

Add the ability for Analysts in Core to edit service actions on calls raised in the portal

Further information on 'Call history tab'
