This used to be a feature in VSM 9.1, unclear when it was removed.

We'd like to be able to adjust the row height in the Call/Request search views as well as the Calls Outstanding and Workload views.

This allows users to view more than one row of text, which is generally important for the Call Descriptions. Particularly if the first line is standard text so it's unclear what the call is until you open it.
