Notes added to a request to be visible in the tasks of that request.
When a user adds a note to a request, we would like the note to be visible directly from the task history. At the moment the analyst would need to go in to the request to look at the notes.
Our technicians complain that they do not receive feedback (email, update on task history, etc...) when a user updates a request, usually from the portal, through a note or other.
I understand that it is difficult to define how to update the technicians and all the implications of the case.
Maybe one possibility would be to put an alert or something like that when the technician works on a task and a user has previously added a note; the note could be kept in the request anyway. In this way the technician would have an immediate information (push) that reminds him to go to the request because something has changed.
In order to make it more practical I would suggest it only updates active tasks. Also have to think about the current activity of task updates appearing on the request to ensure it doenst loop

I feel that this should have been there at the beginning. It's a really big issue for us and I imagine many others.
