Who gets notified . I can see no outgoing mail to notify anyone. I assume it is not in the workflow management groups option under Escalation Recipients for Group (Forward) Or Escalation Recipients for Group (current) Barry would like notifications to be able to be set up for notes added to requests. This is so he can notify one team, only for notes added to their requests. Currently it seems that the IPK notification rules only applies to calls. He wanted to avoid enabling email messaging as one of his teams were being emailed about escalations and other things which they didn't want to see, while other groups do need to see all of the updates.
