Presently you can search for last action analyst, current analyst, logging analyst but cannot search for last note added by analyst. We do not always take action on tickets if they are in another teams queue, especially tasks.

This makes it difficult to run reports of what actions were performed that day / who added a note to a ticket. Having the ability to search the notes in a ticket according to what analyst added it would make this function easier and performance easier to measure as well as running audits.
