The server console DB details screen should have an optional NT account field when NT authentication is enabled. Once set, the application pool, services, server console and patch tool (and anything else, like the query tool) should all be using this account.

This is useful when the customer wants to login to the server console with a network account  other than the account of whoever is logged into the server.

Currently the Username and password fields are greyed out when DB NT Authentication is ticked.
