Request Screens on Portal

Request Screens on the Portal need the CI/CMDB Item QD fields for Non Standard Changes (NonStandard8 Screenset) to have a Device Name QD Field that searches and finds CIs based on TITLE rather than Ref. May need to get Technical Services involved to see if this is easiy achievable, Customer expects this behaviour in portal to operate like it does in the main application. ...

    Changing the logic of searches on QD fields is something which we will be addressing in a future release of vFire. Configuration of search parameters and display fields will be included in this.
