Chat Indicator in Self Service Portal

 

At present, if there is an analyst available, the Self Service Portal menu option will appear as simply Chat. If there are no analysts available, either because they are offline or dealing with other users, the option title will reflect the status Chat (Offline).

 

Our customers cant tell if an officer is available. I think there should be indicators for Available, Busy in vFire Self Service Portal.
