Ability to remove and\or re-order widgets on the self service portal

I'm sure different organizations find different widgets of the self service portal more useful than others.  We don't use bundled requests so the My Orders section doesn't have much use.  When we use the Classic home page, My Orders is listed above My Incidents and My Requests.  It would be nice if we could remove that altogether or bump it down the home page a bit.

    The ability to remove (hide) or reorder widgets on the Self Service Portal has been added to 10.2.3.
