Approval comments not showing on the Request Review screen.

An approval is completed, but the comments are not appearing in the 'Approval Comments' on the Request review screen. Screen shot is attached Customer approval comments are not visible in the portal to either the customer of the officer. Steps: - Log a Customer Approval - Approve/Reject the approval and leave comments - Log into the Portal as the Customer or the Officer in charge of the Request - No Approval comments are visible Fix: - Uncheck "History Private" - Set USER_RESTRICTED flag for Request to 'N' for the Request/Approval Task. - Comments are now visible. Requested that all Approval Task notifications should have USER_RESTRICTED automatically set to 'N' so the comments are visible in the portal.
