At the moment we can use the Base Task Messaging Task message template to display the Approval Comment. However, it will be populated as [Task Updated] instead of the actual approval comment if the message template has been modified.

This field is not available from Designer to be added manually. It would be great if this field is made available in Designer so that user is able to customise the message template with more flexibility.
