We would like hours definitions and public

We would like hours definitions and public holidays definitions unique to each partition in a system.

This will enable us to partition based on country. Each country has different holidays, and if you partition by country with the correct calendar, sla's are not skewed when an employee observes a holiday that is not on the master calendar.
