Automatically Import Public Holidays

Every year we have to set list of public holidays in the vFire admin menu. Occassionallyl we forget to do it, which then impacts SLA.

It would be useful if you could pick a country from the admin console and the public holidays for that county were automatically set.

- Set Working Hours for Public Holidays
  Check my idea also as some vendors work half day on public days, and not all the same hours, but when a public holiday is set it just stops the SLA completely.
