Can we increase the number of columns in searches from 15? Merged

Although I understand when looking at a Call search or Calls Outstanding the number of actual columns you can view on one page is probably not many more than 15. The issue comes when you want to download the search results into Excel. There are numerous times when just 15 fields is not sufficient.

    The maximum columns in the Calls Search screen is set to 15 as more than this may cause performance issues, however the Registry Key - ConfigurableColumnsSelectedLimit_Call will allow you to set a different value limit to the Call Search screen.

    The ConfigurableColumnsSelectedLimit Registry Key will let you set a different value limit applicable to all configurable search screens.

    15 definately feels to low considering that 'all fields' are searchable. The love the so much is now available but i'm hitting 15 too quickly. Not sure what the right number would be though??
