When entering a value in the QD field it will only show you the first 'x' number of entries (as specified via system admin) - however there is no indication as to whether the list returned is ALL the available values for the entered value or just the first 'x' many. This is causing to people believe the entry in question has not been created and instead use an incorrect value.
While it is possible to increase the number of entries returned this is not always practical for some of these search fields where there may be 100s of possible options.
