Prior to 10.6.7, we could have multiple Calls/Requests/Tasks Outstanding tabs. This allowed Analysts to have, for example, a tab relevant to My Calls, and a tab for "My Groups Calls", etc.

The workaround is to use the "My Workload" view (to get one additional tab), and/or use searches with Advanced search criteria. Neither of these options is ideal or intuitive for Analysts.
